We went to the fish market in the morning. It was an amazing site, such a varity of fish and other things that crawled around in the sea. We got lost in the back streets and had lunch at a wine bar

Relaxing early dinner by the Grand Canal before the Opera (Don Giovanni see link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don_Giovanni). Outside the Gran Teatro La Fenice. The beautiful interior of the opera house. Gina in our box, level 3.

Sept 23
Took early boat to Isola di Murano. A nearby small island famous for it’s Murano Glass. Toured the island and nearby park areas. Gary was tired of all the shopping so we moved on to the next island. Isola Burano, famous for venetian lace. The houses are painted in beautiful seaside colours so the sailors and find their wives easier

Sept 24The last day, we had an 8 pm flight out of Venice so we had the whole day to wander around Venice
